𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠

My name is Alicia, I am 26 years old, and the founder of The Nail Factory. I have always had a huge passion for nails. Back in primary school, I was already busy painting nails and doing various types of nail art. At 13, I started applying gel nails on myself, and by the time I was 16, I moved on to acrylics on myself. That’s when I knew for sure that this was what I wanted to do forever. Unfortunately, I was very afraid of what others might think, and it wasn’t until I was 19, after years of only working on myself, that I finally took the plunge. I started doing nails for others. I had finished my training and began by practicing on friends. After a few months, I started working on strangers. It all went so well that in less than a year, I was working exclusively as a nail technician.

In the meantime, I have also participated in competitions and completed various courses to keep growing. During one of my courses, I was even asked to start teaching. I taught the full basic training program there (manicure, gel polish, BIAB, gel, and acrylic gel). This is where I discovered that my passion for teaching is immense, which is why I chose to offer classes from my own salon. My goal when teaching is to ensure that all my students receive the correct theory and practical training, and a truly high-quality education spanning several days. This way, they can start their careers as nail technicians with the right information and be able to apply beautiful, high-quality nails!

I still teach with great pleasure, but it was time for the next step: launching my own product line. I wanted to create quality products, and I can say that I have succeeded. From a base coat for perfect adhesion to a top coat that still shines beautifully after 4 weeks. I use my own brand in my salon every day with pleasure, and I plan to bring many more products to the market.
